Privacy Policy

Bluprinter Social ("we", "us") is a social media publishing service operated by Bluprinter LLC. We publish content to the social media accounts of the businesses we work with ("clients"), after the client connects those accounts and approves the content. This policy explains what data we access and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account information returned by the platform when a client connects an account: account or channel ID, display name, username and profile picture URL.
  • Access tokens issued by Facebook, Instagram, Google (YouTube) or TikTok, which allow us to publish on the client's behalf.
  • Content prepared for publishing: videos, images, captions, titles, schedule and the result of each publish request (post ID, link, error message).
  • Staff login information for our internal dashboard.

We do not collect passwords. We do not access private messages, followers' personal data, payment data or any data beyond what is listed above.

2. How we use data

  • To show which accounts are connected and let our team choose where to publish.
  • To publish the content the client has approved, at the scheduled time.
  • To show publishing status and errors so problems can be fixed.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it to build user profiles.

3. Google / YouTube data

Bluprinter Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We use the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes only to upload videos chosen by the client and to display the connected channel's name.

Bluprinter Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok data

We use Meta Platform and TikTok APIs only to publish content to accounts the client connected and to read the account name and ID. Data is handled in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms.

5. Sharing

Content is sent only to the platform the client chose (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok). We use a hosting provider to run our servers. We do not share data with any other third party except when required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on our servers protected by HTTPS. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Only authorized Bluprinter LLC staff can access the dashboard.

7. Retention and deletion

Access tokens are kept until the account is disconnected, and deleted immediately when it is. Content files and publishing logs are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Clients can request deletion of all their data at any time — see Data Deletion — and we complete requests within 30 days.

8. Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the effective date above.
