Terms of Service

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These terms govern the use of Bluprinter Social, a social media publishing service operated by Bluprinter LLC. By connecting a social media account to Bluprinter Social, you ("client") agree to these terms.

1. The service

Bluprinter LLC prepares and schedules content for clients and uses Bluprinter Social to publish it to the client's connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts.

2. Your authorization

By connecting an account you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage it, and you authorize Bluprinter LLC to publish content to it as agreed with you. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account in the platform's settings or by contacting us.

3. Content

You are responsible for the content you approve for publishing and for having the rights to it. Content must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy where applicable.

4. Third-party platforms

Bluprinter Social uses official APIs of Meta, Google (YouTube API Services) and TikTok. Your use of YouTube through Bluprinter Social is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by these platforms.

5. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

Either party may stop the service at any time. When an account is disconnected we delete its access tokens; other data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bluprinter LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including failed or delayed publishing caused by third-party platforms.
